Is Formation School for you?

Yes, if you are already involved in some form of leadership in your church – in home groups, missional communities, Alpha or Christianity Explored courses, for example.

It’s also for you if your church leaders think you have the potential to be a leader in the future. If you are not sure if this includes you, chat with your minister/pastor, or contact us.

Formation School is also ideal for a church apprentices (or equivalent).

You should apply with the full support of your local church. We encourage ministers/pastors to partner with Formation School by providing a mentor for students in their local church context.
